I am humbled and honored to have the opportunity to serve as the Interim Executive Director for School Reform Team-1 amidst a climate of evolutionary change.  As I assume this role, I realize that “no man is an island” and that the change we all desire cannot be achieved in isolation, but rather through a collaborative effort.  As such, I am eliciting the cooperation and support of all key stakeholders which include parents, students, Atlanta Public Schools personnel, and community partners as we work in synergy to drive the FIVE STRATEGIC INITIATIVES of SRT-1 outlined below. 

I respectfully thank you for entrusting me with your most valuable and prized possessions, your children, and am committed to ensuring that they receive the high quality and effective instruction that they rightfully deserve. “Every Child, Every Chance, Every Day” continues to be my motto and core belief and it is expected that all SRT-1 constituents will put our students first!
